About Volt Pay

Volt Pay is a digital payment application operated by BlockNest Inc., a company registered in Samoa under Registration No. 95523.

Volt Pay provides eligible users with a convenient way to manage supported digital assets and access payment card services through a single mobile application.

What You Can Do with Volt Pay

With Volt Pay, eligible users can:

  • Deposit, hold, and withdraw supported digital assets.
  • Select supported digital assets as a funding source for payments.
  • Apply for and manage an eligible payment card.
  • View balances and transaction history.
  • Manage card status and account security from the app.

Available features, supported assets, countries, limits, and services may vary depending on the user’s location, eligibility, regulatory requirements, and service availability.

Card Services

Volt Pay’s card functionality is provided using card-issuing infrastructure and services supplied through Reap Technologies Limited and its applicable partners.

Cards are denominated in USD. Where a transaction is made in another currency, currency conversion and applicable fees may apply.

ATM cash withdrawals are not supported by Volt Pay.

Card availability and acceptance are subject to applicable card-network rules, merchant acceptance, geographic restrictions, account status, transaction limits, compliance requirements, and other applicable restrictions.

Identity Verification and Security

To protect users and meet compliance requirements, Volt Pay requires identity verification before certain services, including card issuance, can be used.

Identity verification is carried out using Reap’s KYCaaS service and third-party verification technology, including Sumsub.

Volt Pay may also conduct ongoing fraud prevention, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering checks, transaction monitoring, and other security or compliance reviews.

Digital Assets

Digital assets involve risks, including price volatility, blockchain network failures or congestion, liquidity risks, cybersecurity risks, and changes in laws or regulations.

Volt Pay does not guarantee the price, value, liquidity, or future performance of any digital asset and does not provide investment advice.

Users are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, blockchain networks, and transaction details before making transfers.
